[] BPI-M3在八核处理器上,采用了全志科技的A83T处理器。全志A83T采用台积电最新的28nm HPC工艺,基于8个ARMCortex-A7 CPU内核,最高频率可达2.0GHz,8核心可同时全速运行;在图像处理方面,A83T沿用A31/A31s的PowerVR SGX544GPU,运行频率最高可达700MHz左右,图像处理性能十分强劲,确保了游戏体验及UI流畅度。内存方面,DDR工作频率可达800MHz左右,能够流畅完美带动1920×1200高清分辨率屏幕。
